Muglobe:Regional music library
MuGlobe.com regional music library
Explore all 363 musical regions in the accepted worldwide collection. Each article describes the region's musical life, contemporary examples, history, genres, artists and geographical scope, with source footnotes.
The regions vary in scale and can overlap. Their outlines help navigation; they are not measured audience contours, ethnic boundaries or claims that everyone in a place shares one taste. Some small-island overviews explicitly retain limited-evidence qualifications.
Use the MuGlobe globe to explore places, or browse below. Return to the main page and genre library.
