Summary

Britain is a broad core, including smaller towns and regional dance networks beyond London and Bristol. Czechia and connected central European cultures form a substantial adopted landscape. Australian, Japanese and selected North American communities provide further detached continuities. The fields represent substantial genre-specific cultural depth, not every place visited by a touring DJ. Jungle is the closest overlapping category, with meaningful historical and stylistic distinctions that should remain audible. Breakbeat hardcore, dub, hip-hop and later bass musics supply other paths without becoming interchangeable.
