Summary

DenG, born Daniel Tom George, is a Liberian singer and songwriter from Bong County. His career moves between R&B, Afropop and collaborations within Liberia's hipco scene.[1][2]

Life and career

Church-choir singing was an early part of his musical development. After university studies in business management, he pursued a solo career in R&B. An appearance on Queen V's 'Jue You Bad' brought wider recognition and preceded a turn toward Afropop.[1]

Music and style

His movement from R&B toward Afropop places singing at the center of a career spanning several production settings. Participation in 'Sanitize' shows another use of that voice: working with other Liberian performers on a song intended to communicate public-health advice through familiar popular music.[1][2]

Works and performances

New Seh appeared in 2023 through Champ Entertainment; its distributor lists twenty-five songs. The earlier 'Sanitize' collaboration brought him together with Takun J, Sundaygar Dearboy, Amaze Yor, Soul Smiter, Odemz and TanTan in 2020. These releases document both a substantial album project and participation in a shared civic recording.[2][3]
