== Summary ==

Romagna connects social-dance orchestras, inland and coastal community celebrations, and contemporary national and club listening. Liscio is a consequential regional affinity within a larger present-day musical mixture.<ref>[https://promozioneculturale.emiliaromagnacultura.it/news/vai-liscio-un-progetto-online-dedicato-al-ballo-popolare/ Regione Emilia-Romagna: Vai Liscio].</ref>

== Contemporary and trending ==

Mirko Casadei and Moreno il Biondo illustrate living liscio, with Italian pop and rap available across the same territory. Resort nightlife and smaller-town dance events are related parts of the landscape, not proof that all generations listen alike.<ref>[https://www.fimi.it/en/news/music-engagement-study-2026-more-time-music-italy/ FIMI: Music Engagement Study 2026].</ref>

== History ==

The Casadei lineage and other dance orchestras helped consolidate a widely recognized regional repertoire. Tourism, broadcasting and new performance projects extend its circulation without erasing local social dancing.
